  • All 2D products are printed in USA.
  • 3D printing products will come from the best suppliers, with the best print quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

ORDERING

  • How to order?

Follow these steps to place an online order with us:

  1. Select Style, Color
  2. Select your Size and Quantity
  3. Click the “Add to Cart” button
  4. Enter shipping and billing information
  5. You are all set!

  • What is the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, please login into your account at our main website, your info’s all there. We will also send updates via email when your order ships, so keep an eye out.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll also receive an email when your order goes into production, and another when your order ships with your tracking information.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, don't panic, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our Customer Care team as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!

  • Where can I track my order?

An email with the Tracking number, together with a link to track the shipping progress, will be sent to you when we begin the shipping. You can use it to check regularly if wish to.

  • Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

  • How can I pay?

  • May I get a tracking number?
    Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (3-5 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Production time
    • 3- 5 business days (2D Products),
    • 5-10 business days (3D Clothing, phonecase, Rug, Canvas),
    • 8-15 business days (Quilt, Blanket, Bedding Set, Shoes)

      *All Paypal pending need 10 days for verify and process.

    • Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
      • United States 7-15 business days
      • Mexico, Brazil, South Africa 20 – 40 business days
      • Rest of the world 15- 25 business days

    SOLUTION CENTER

    • Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to [email protected] along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us. All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
    • Not delivered on time? We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting.

    CLASSIC 2D PRODUCT
    Our orders are delivered from our US factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 1-4 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 3-6 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

    3D PRODUCTS
    Each of my products are created On Demand, Cut and Sewed by hand only for you! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. So the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Estimated 6-12 business days of production + shipping time

    We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

    It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you.

    Feel free to contact [email protected] if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you.

    • Wrong size received: If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size. In this case, shipping and handling fee is $10 for t-shirts and $18 for the others.

    If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

    • I ordered by mistake/ I'm no longer interested The orders can't be cancelled after 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, we will not agree to cancel your order for any reason.
    • What happens if I type in the wrong address?

    If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at [email protected] and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

    • I want to change the size or color, what should I do?

    You can change the size and/or color of the products till 12 hours after the order is placed which has not gone into production. Contact Customer Care team an email with your order number and desired changes, and we’ll edit the order for you.

    Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have gone into production. Please refer to our refunds policy and returns & exchanges policy for more information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

    • I have an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

    Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item’s name and number. The team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.

    • I have cancelled my order. When will my money be available again?

    If you have cancelled your orders, then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5-10 business days. If the funds have not been released after 10 working days then please get in touch with the Customer Care team and we’ll look into it further for you.

    • How long I will receive your refund

    You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.

    • Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel

    We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable). For more information check our Refunds Policy.

    • Final Sale

     If your product meets the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:

    1. The product itself is flawed.
    2. The print quality is poor.
    3. The final product is different from the product presented on the site.

    If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that we do not exchange any item that has been worn, used, or washed.

    • Fulfillment Errors vs. Customer Errors

    Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. In the cases where customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, we cannot exchange the products as they are made to order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have cause. We are working hard to find a solution to this. In the meantime, thank you for your continuous supports.
